What currency does WhyDonate accept? Can I edit the currency in my fundraiser?
On WhyDonate, donations can be made in any currency. Additionally, donors can choose from 27 standard currencies during the donation process.
Fundraising campaigns can also be created in 27 different currencies. Once a fundraising campaign is created, the currency cannot be changed. However, it is possible to create multiple fundraising campaigns with different currencies.
The following are the 27 supported currencies:
You can receive donations in various currencies and cash them out by adding multiple bank account numbers to your account. If you receive a donation in a currency for which you haven't added a specific bank account number, it will be automatically converted to your default currency. You can choose to be paid out in the following currencies:
