How long does it take before a donation to debit from my bank account?

That depends on the payment method you have chosen. If you have opted for a Debit or Credit payment, you can immediately see it on internet banking. If you have chosen SEPA Direct Debit, the payment will be visible after 5 working days.

Tip: If you donate via SEPA direct debit, you must have sufficient money in your account. If you are unsure if you have enough money in your account and still want to make a donation, please choose another payment option.
