How do I stop my recurring donation?

If you'd like to stop your recurring donation, please reach out to us and we will assist you. You can contact us via live support, email or send us a message via WhatsApp and provide your email address that was used to start the recurring donation.

Coming Soon: We are also planning to implement a new feature that will allow you to stop/update your recurring donation yourself via a link in the thank-you email. Once this feature is live, we will send a newsletter announcing it.

Even after the feature is live, you can still contact us if you'd prefer to cancel it that way.
