How do I lock my fundraising campaign on the Digital PIN Collection Box?
WhyDonate offers the option to lock the Digital PIN Collection Box on your fundraiser so that it does not end up on another fundraiser.
Search and select your fundraiser.
Click the lock at the top right of the screen.
The fundraiser is now locked. The back button has disappeared and even if the Digital PIN Collection Box is turned off and on, your fundraiser will immediately be visible again.
Click on the lock at the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the following PIN code to unlock the collection box: 2536.
You can now use the back button and select another fundraiser.
Lock
Search and select your fundraiser.

Unlock
Click on the lock at the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the following PIN code to unlock the collection box: 2536.
