Every time someone donates to your campaign, WhyDonate automatically sends them a thank-you email. This email lets your donors know their gift was received and that it matters to your cause.

Send Personal Messages to Your Donors

Send personalized messages directly to your donors from your dashboard. Go to your donor list and message them anytime. Note that these messages are visible to the public, which shows your fundraising efforts to other potential supporters.

Customize Your Thank You Emails

There is another option to customize the automatic thank-you emails. Visit the Email Branding section in your dashboard. Find the "Thank You" email template and edit it however you like.
