What information do I receive from my donors?
It is nice to know who donated to your action. That gives you the chance to thank the donors for their donations and, if you like, keep them updated with all kinds of facts regarding the action. That is why WhyDonate would like to share this information with you, except for the payment details.
WhyDonate passes on the following information from the donors:
Name
Email address
Payment method
Amount
URL page
Period
Time
This data can easily be filtered and exported to a CSV or PDF file.
Tip: Use the donor administration for the regular donors. So, you can see at a glance who donates to your organisation and what amount you can expect in the coming period. WhyDonate takes care of the periodic collection and the transfer to your IBAN.
