How do I edit the email messages?
From the WhyDonate platform, automatic emails are sent to donors and people who have created a fundraiser for you. You can add text to these automatic emails yourself and adjust the design. You do this as follows:
Add text to email
Login to your WhyDonate account.
Click on the branding icon at the top right of the screen.
Click on the 'Email' tab and select the emails you want to edit.
By clicking on the eye icon you can preview the mail. You can send a test email to yourself by clicking the 'Send test email' button.
If you are satisfied with the changes, click on 'Save' at the top right of the screen.
Customise email design
Login to your WhyDonate account.
Click on the branding icon at the top right of the screen.
Click on the 'Branding' tab and adjust the different style options.
If you are satisfied with the changes, click on 'Save' at the top right of the screen.
You can preview the email and send a test email in the 'Email' tab.
